How do I return my products?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for our personalized t-shirts. Our production process includes custom printing of t-shirts upon receipt of an order. Because of this, we cannot resell returned t-shirts. Returns are only possible in the event of damage or defect upon receipt, provided the product is unused. We do this so that we do not print unnecessary t-shirts and to prevent pollution.
How do I report my complaint?
If you have a complaint about a purchased item, you can follow the steps below.

You can send us a message here. We would like to request that you include your order number and details in the message. This for a faster process.
Indicate which items you have a complaint about and what is wrong.
Add photos next.
We will then start handling your complaint.
If we approve this, you will be notified and you can return the items.
For returns you will receive a new link where you can download your return label.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
If you have placed an order through our online shop and receive the wrong item, please contact us via the contact form above or on the contact page. We will then help you with the return and processing process.
What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays. If you have not received your package within our standard delivery times, please contact us using the contact form above so we can assist you.
Why was my online order cancelled?
In some cases your order may have been cancelled. These are a few possible causes:

We received an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that prevented us from processing your order.

What kind of email will I receive about my order?

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, we will send you a copy of the invoice with your order.
Discount code
It is not possible to stack discounts. You can only use one discount code per order. NB! Entering the discount code is space and case sensitive.
